Senior Sales Representative
Summary:
Optimalex is an international AI based InsurTech start-up.
We are seeking to hire an individual well connected with claim executives of mid-to-large Insurance companies in the US, and who can sell to decision makers throughout the industry. We are looking for an exceptional candidate well connected within the Insurance industry, and with leaders of claim departments. You will introduce Optimalex and present our prediction software to all major P&C Insurance Carriers and their vendor partners.
You will work in a collaborative and international atmosphere with senior academics and practitioners in Computer Science, Law, Economy and Finance, to market a SaaS tool to predict the outcome of cases, whether litigated or settled, and quantify damages. This position offers the right candidate an opportunity to play an important role in the next technical revolution of the insurance sphere: our software is redefining the way claims are argued and decided. You will be part of a team that is creating groundbreaking algorithms and models for insurance companies and law firms.
We expect you to:

Prospect, generate and maintain a full pipeline of Insurance Company prospects

Book meetings, demos, trials and successfully close business

Use your written and verbal communication skills to uncover business needs and run discovery calls on multiple levels

Demonstrate a proven hands-on record of working with Insurance company executives ranging from Senior Level Claims, Legal Counsels, Directors of Technology and Innovation

Be self-driven and able to work ethically with the team

Communicate efficiently with teammates residing in different continent

Recruit and hire top talent to build up the sales organization in line with revenues
You must have:

Fluent English speaking

US College Degree or relevant 3-7 years’ work experience

Proven successful work experience in SaaS sales and Insurance Industry in the US

Established network in multiple P&C Insurance Carriers

Financial and success driven a must
-
Enthusiasm for learning state-of-the-art predictive legal technologies
