Frank Giaoui is an academic and entrepreneur, as well as the Founder and President of Optimalex, a legal predictive analytics insurtech. He has advised corporations and negotiated contracts since 1986 with his own boutique investment bank Hera Finance. Additionally, after receiving a PhD from La Sorbonne Law School, he has served as a teaching fellow at University of Lorraine and Essec MBA, and is currently a Post Doc JSD at Columbia Law School.
